- Select "FD-258 Fingerprint Card" then print and complete card
- 2nd part – Find a local fingerprint location and have fingerprints done
- Call your local sheriff's department, state police post, courthouse or other similar location to determine a place that you can take your card to get your fingerprints done and background checked (be sure to call in advance to verify the location does FBI fingerprinting and background checks)
- This step could take up to 4 months for results so please do ASAP
