  • Online applications are processed through Paypal.  Major credit cards are accepted
  • Please know which camp you want to register for before you start this form. View our camp descriptions for details.
Two Registration Options to Choose From:

* Once your fill out the application you will have the opportunity to pay through Paypal or you may choose to mail the payment in. 

2012 CAMP DATES:

  • Parent Child Camp June 15 -17 2012  - Cost $250.00 For both and $65.00 for 2nd child

  • Team and Technique Camp June 27 – July 1st 2012  -
    Team Camp is $300 Res / $215 Com.  Technique is $270 Res/ $195 Com.
